Thermal transfer is the ideal process used for individual items or limited quantities.

Sports kits that require different names and numbers or photographic prints onto garments are suitable for thermal transfer.

Pricing

Custom thermal transfer garment prices are based on:

• Total quantity
• Type of garment
• How many locations your design(s) are embroidered onto the garment

Set-up Charges

There are no set-up costs involved with thermal transfer printing although the price per garment will be slightly higher than the traditional screenprinting process.

Artwork

We accept artwork via email or on disc in the following formats:

• Illustrator AI
• EPS
• PDF
• JPEG
• BITMAP

Minimums

For thermal transfer there is no minimum order!

However, the price is based on a sliding scale:

The greater the quantity the less the price per item.
