Embroidery is the preferred method of garment decoration for corporate and workwear clothing.
Usually the garment decoration will be a small front or sleeve design.
We can embroider up to eight colours onto any type of garment but for larger designs this will be more expensive.
Combining embroidery and screenprinting has always been a popular choice.
Pricing
Custom embroidery garment prices are based on:
- Total quantity
- Type of garment
- How many stiches in your design
- How many locations your design(s) are embroidered onto the garment
Set-up Charges
There is a one time set-up charge for custom decorated garments, this differs for screenprinting and embroidery.
Many companies may claim to have NO set-up charge but you end up paying for them in the form of inflated per garment costs, especially on re-orders.
At A4 Apparel you do NOT pay any set-up charges on reorders.
Artwork
We accept artwork via email or on disc in the following formats:
- Illustrator AI
- EPS
- JPEG
- BITMAP
This is the preferred format and therefore no artwork charges apply.
If you have business cards or letterheads produced for your company the chances are your printers will have the logo in this format.
Once your order is placed and we receive your artwork we will email you a sample layout for your approval before printing.
Minimums
For embroidery garment decoration there is no minimum order!
However, the price is based on a sliding scale:
The greater the quantity the less the price per item.
