Shipping information and returns policy

When will I receive my personalised clothing order?

Deliveries to UK mainland addresses are usually made within 10 working days from confirmation of order provided we have all the information we require. Once your order is complete it should be despatched and be with you the next working day. Saturday deliveries can be arranged if necessary but additional charges may apply. Each box will hold approximately 100 t-shirts or 25 hoodies.

If you are not available to receive your goods the courier should leave a card with a phone number for you to call to arrange a more suitable delivery date.

Please be aware we cannot accept any responsibility for delays beyond our control. All deliveries must be checked and any discrepancies with your order must be made known to to us within 48 hours of receipt of goods.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

In the event of a complaint due to faulty goods or workmanship, you must inform us in writing either by email, fax or letter and include clear evidence (i.e. a photograph) of the defect within 7 days of receipt of goods. If we are satisfied that there is a defect in the goods provided we'll endeavour to resolve the issue at our discretion within a reasonable timescale. Wherever possible, all goods will be replaced like for like or a credit note will be issued. In crediting a client, we comply with the Distance Selling Regulations of 2000.

If we concur that the goods are faulty they must be returned to us within 2 weeks. Return delivery charges and the risk of loss or damage to the goods being returning are the responsibility of the client until they have been received by us. We recommend a recorded-delivery service is used when returning goods to us. We will only refund delivery charges or accept the return of opened items if they are faulty or were supplied in error. Where we collect an item from you, we reserve the right to recover the costs of collection from you.

When we won't accept a return or offer an exchange or a refund

Goods that are not faulty and customised to the client's specification cannot be returned or exchanged as they are produced to the customer's requirements. A proof is supplied before production starts and once this has been signed off by the client A4 Apparel cannot be held liable for any mistake made by the customer. We are unable to offer a refund or exchange if blank garments are not returned unopened and in their original packaging unless they are deemed to be faulty.
